Position : Sales Managers (Real Estate)
Position: English/ Russian/ Chinese Speaker
Job Description:
- Responsible for relationships with the clients and client maintenance
- Achieve sales targets
- Supporting negotiations and signing annual agreements
- Providing high-quality service to the company’s client
- Initiating steps to improve the level of service
- Management of the sales team, monitoring performance, follow-up, and support team of the knowledge level, training as needed
- Identify the future risks
- Analyze the market in coordination with the marketing team to define the marketing activity
- Creating a business plan in order to reach targets
Qualifications:
- Russian native speaker and must be able to speak English
- Able to drive a car with a driving license
- Understanding of the local real estate market and trends
- Good Attitude and Punctual
