Responsibilities:
As the Cleaning Staff Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all cleaning activities within the resort premises. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Staff Management:
• Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all cleaning activities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Implement and maintain best practices for cleaning techniques and product usage.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.


Inventory and Product Management:
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Source and evaluate cleaning products to ensure effectiveness and environmental sustainability.
• Provide guidance on proper product usage and safety protocols.

Training and Development:
• Conduct ongoing training sessions to keep the staff updated on the latest cleaning techniques and industry best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the cleaning team.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cleaning staff management, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Communicative English
