Job Responsibilities
● Diagnoses and promptly resolves company computer problems as instructed to ensure staff can do their job with minimal disruption
● Assists senior support technicians and other IT staff as needed in the accomplishment of their duties
● Liaises with staff in remote locations to assist them in the resolution of computer-related problems according to his/her level of experience. This may include periodic travel to any of our operating destinations if and when necessary
● Completes and maintains full documentation of work done according to departmental guidelines.

Skills, competencies and experience
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
● Willingness to maintain a thorough knowledge of computer hardware and software including desktop and server systems as well as network and Internet connectivity
● Good level of spoken and written English
● Strong communication skills to be able to support staff remotely
● Understanding of business applications
● Knowledge of Windows and Linux environments for both servers and workstations
● Strong analytical mind
● Responsible and able to work well with minimal supervision
● Highly motivated and proactive with keen attention to detail

Working conditions
Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 with a 1-hour break.
