- Bachelor degree in any related field
- 1-2 years of experience as a Contract Manager/ Asst. Contract Manager would be advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong overall business and people skills, including planning, presentation skills, sales skills
- Excellent English verbal and written , clear communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and listening skills
- Deep understanding of contracts, contractual language, and contract governance
- Critical thinking skills, research abilities, and ongoing hotel knowledge
- Ability to professionally manage and store confidential information
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a team environment
