We are currently seeking a highly organised and hard-working Guest & Reservations Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee every facet of our guest’s stays, ensuring their experience is delightful and memorable.
As the Guest & Reservations Manager, you'll be responsible for managing reservations, check-ins & check-outs, coordinating with staff to provide excellent service, and handling any guest inquiries or concerns that arise.
Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for our guests, responding promptly and professionally to all guest inquiries, reservations, and concerns.
Assist with the delegation of maintenance and housekeeping issues.
Manage and maintain our reservation system, including updating availability.
Coordinate and perform check-ins and check-outs, ensuring that all guests are provided with a seamless and pleasant experience.
Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure that properties are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guest arrivals.
Monitor guest reviews and feedback, and take appropriate action to address any issues or concerns.
Skills and Qualifications
Prior experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Fluent in English.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Technical computer skills required - laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
Familiarity with property management software and tools.
Availability to work early mornings and evenings as needed. (Flexible hours).
Professional in all forms of communication.
Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Highly responsive and reliable.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address issues quickly.
