You will be responsible for all matters relating to the day-to-day villa operations of a 10-bedroom villa in Natai.
You will support efforts to maintain the highest level of quality in both products and services including the design of service plans and stellar customer service for discerning guests.

You will ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures are being adhered to and continue to strive for improving Villa operation(s). It will be your personal responsibility to work together effectively with all other departments to ensure a great experience for guests.

Mandatory Qualifications required:

- 4-year degree in hotel management or related field
- Previous experience in a Villa Operations / Front Office management role (references required)
- Strong commercial/business acumen
- Experience with Villa Operations / Front Office
- Advanced level English - both written and spoken.
- Thai only – No foreign nationals
- Must be willing to commute or live in Natai
- 1st Round Interview Will be conducted via phone in English.
