===== Plant Technician =====
Role requirements : We are looking for a team of plant technicians to assist our Master Grower in the following duties:
* Transplanting/potting
* Plucking/plant maintenance
* Harvesting
* Trimming
* Processing
* Cleaning
No experience needed all training will be provided. Applicants must be able to understand and follow instructions. Passionate about cannabis plants a bonus.

ดำแหน่งนี้รับผู้สมัครที่สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เล็กน้อย ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์ ขอใจรัก ตั้งใจทำงาน ตรงเวลา สามารถทำตามคำสั่งขั้นตอนได้ มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานเรื่องการปลูกต้นไม้ พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ หากมีสกิลช่างหรือความสนใจในต้นกัญชาจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
Work Hours: 8-12 hours per day, 5 days a week.
Salary : For the initial 90 day trial period the salary for this position will be 18,000 Baht per month. After training is completed and the applicants meet or exceed our expectations the company will review and increase salary based on performance.
ทำงาน 5 วัน/สัปดาห์ วันละ 8-12 ชม. มีทดลองงาน 90 วันเงินเดือน 18,000 บาท โดยเงินเดือนปรับขึ้นตามศักยภาพของผู้สมัครหลังผ่านช่วงทดลองงานแล้ว
