RESPONSABILITIES :
- Meeting and greeting guests with a warm welcome.
- Being attentive to guests' needs and wishes taking opportunities to optimize the guest experience.
- Monitoring and motivating staff with constructive communication in a positive work environment
- Management of the restaurant & Team (menu board, level supplies,...)
- Management of the bungalow (check-ins, check-outs, cleaning, follow up standards, customer relations, ...)
- Coordinating with Maintenance and garden manager for repairs, upgrades, ...
- Oversee events and standards of bungalows, restaurant and sites
