-At least 3 - 5 year experience in Engineering Department Management
-Strong result oriented, people management, and leadership skills
-Strong in analytical, problem solving skills, and execution of work
-communication skill, and computer literate

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Knowledge of labor laws and related regulations.
Fluent in spoken and written in English.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
Quick thinking, positive attitude, hardworking, and responsible.
