Position : Business Development Manager

Job Detail
Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
• Promoting property through marketing initiatives and maintaining social media presence at property level and at a corporate level.
• Updating knowledge of sales related legal documentation and property management, as well as updating and managing social media profiles.
• Maintain accurate information on company website and designing promotional web landing pages to track effectiveness of other marketing initiatives.
• Managing website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant.
• Conduct thorough research to analyze customers' behavior (e.g. purchasing habits, trends and preferences).
• Identify and analyze competitors and their marketing strategies.
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data.
• Collaborate with the Design department to produce promotional materials ranging from brochures to engaging videos.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts.
• Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message.
• Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely.
• Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers.
• Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth.
• Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media.


Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant filed.
• Proven work experience as Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Knowledge of traditional and modern digital marketing tools.
• Experience with research methods using data analytics software.
• Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns.
• Outstanding understanding of Web Analytics and Google AdWords.
• Excellent knowledge of social media marketing.
• -Knowledgeable in project management.
