Job Description
Front desk agent performs check-in/out function assign rooms for hotel guests, including being an information provider, receiver, diplomat, problem solver, salesperson, hotel representative, public relations agent, coordinator of activities and accountant with the utmost politeness, efficiency, and friendliness.

Qualification
- Strong in English communication skill.
- At least Bachelor degree in any field
- Good personality with positive attitude.
- Fast learner
- Love cleanliness

Requirement
- Able to do shift work.
- Able to use PC, computer programs, and OTAs website.
- Able to communicate well, both in person and in text messages.
