We are looking for young and energetic person as a Customer Relations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction. You will lead a team, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and enhance customer relations, resolve escalated issues, and maintain a positive customer experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and mentor a team, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to deliver exceptional service.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Manage escalated customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Identify bottlenecks, areas for improvement to enhance the overall customer experience
Report to COO and Director of Operations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work/education experience) New graduates also welcome!
Experience in sales or customer service or hospitality or operation role
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude.
Proficient in Google Suites and booking systems. (training provided)
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Good command of English and Thai
Passionate about motorcycle preferred but not required
