Purchasing Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
- Managing daily purchasing activities, comparison table of all cost from local and Chinese suppliers.
- Responsible in minor part of QS works in order to calculate dimensions from CAD drawing,
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation in Google shared drive.
- Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
- Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.
- Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields. At least 5 years for purchasing in construction field.
