HOTEL INVOICE OFFICER
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follow hotel invoices, check rates, update in the system.Contact with hotels in case of any discrepancy on the invoices and ask for the necessary revisions.Check Company Information and Bank details on the contract and ensure that all details match.Update hotel balances weekly and prepare reconciliation reports. Work co-ordinally with Reservation and Contracting DepartmentsParticipate in trainings deemed necessary by the company.Follow the written and verbal instructions given by the manager. Fulfills assigned tasks on time.

** SKILLS**

-Must have Thai as a native language

-Advance written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English languages.

-University Degree (Tourism will be desirable)

-Personality traits ; Good attitude, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused.

-Service Skills; Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, strong communication and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to work closely with Teammates and other departments in a complex multinational company

-Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and is open to change in responsibilities, workflows, as needed by the business.
