Job Detail
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and hiring process for the company
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
- Support employee training and development initiatives
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Collaborate with management to address organizational needs
- Facilitate effective communication between employees and management
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English and Thai (local language) is mandatory
- Minimum 1 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR regulations and labor laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Salary:
- Compensation will be competitive and based on experience
- For experienced candidates, we will match the salary of your last job with a hike
- For fresher candidates, salary will be discussed based on qualifications and skills
