Position : Senior Interior Designer
• Minimum 10 years experience specializing in Luxury Residential Hotels and Villas, Luxury Condominium and Boutique Hotels.
• Able to organize & supervise luxury projects independently.
• Curent role range from concept design all the way to project management , site inspect, negation with contractor on site and handover stage.
• Complete projects for international brands. Strong understanding of the requirement of each individual hotel brand designs.
• including general administration, Client interfacing, general design, contract documentation & site Supervision.
• Able to use auto cad and 3D sketchup would be advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Fluent in English communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
