Job description:

Draw up legal documents, or manage or advise clients on legal transactions,
Conduct Due diligence, draft or review sales and purchase agreement and responsible for registration process,
Represent clients in criminal and civil litigation and other legal proceedings,
May specialize in a single area or may practice broadly in many areas of law,
Train paralegals and junior lawyers
Qualifications:

Bachelor or Master degree in Law.
At least 3 years of legal professional working experience.
Experience in Draft or review contract, Corporate and/or Real Estate practice is preferable.
English business communication Skill.
Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Work well under pressure
Strong inter-personal skill and team work.
