Position : Customer service -Legal field
- Listen to client inquiries, concerns, and questions
- Gather all infomation from client in order to promote company services which can solve their concerns/ problems.
- Be able to advise or recommend possible services to meet clients’ need.
- Keep communicate with clients until their case is done.
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to client’ complaints
- Cooperate with lawyers and management team.
- Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
- Other jobs assigned
Skills and Qualifications;
- Good English skills: Listening, reading, writing and speaking
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good personality
- Service minded
- Microsoft office, outlook and other software used to connect with client
- Knowledge related to the job field.
