Job Detail

Key Accountabilities:
• Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
• Coordinate with sales team in overseeing consigned items and deliveries.
• Prepare reconciliation reports for all payment channels on monthly basis.
• Reconcile cash received from “Cash on Delivery” and cash received on transferred amount
• Coordinate with delivery team and issue tax invoices to relevant parties and ticket management including validity and expiry.
• Prepare VAT form & PP.30 and any other revenue department forms
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation report (A/R side)
• Managing petty cash
• Other ad-hoc assignments

Qualification:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Basic accounting and tax knowledge.
• Knowledge and Experience for WHT and VAT, PP.30 and PND.3,53 will be advantaged.
• Excellent knowledge in Excel and accounting system.
• Good interpersonal, communication, teamwork and analytical skills.
• Experience in consignment entries will be advantaged.
• Proven experience where leadership was demonstrated.

Experience:
• Working experience at least 2 - 3 years in accounting field.

Skills:
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office and accounting software and databases
