Lenny’s Koh Samui hotel is located at the heart of Chaweng recreation area, just one hundred meters from the Green Mango bar, 120 meters from the Ark bar and in the center of countless bars and restaurants which allowed you to enjoy a variety of both local and westerns cuisine. At daytime we would recommend you walking three minutes and relax on one of the most beautiful beaches there are- Chaweng beach or walk five minutes and shop at Central Samui festival. At Lenny’s Koh Samui we are aware that at nighttime it might get a little bit noisy, there for we can also provide a quieter room with mountains view which will allow you enjoy all the other Lenny’s Koh Samui benefits. But if you are fancy a quieter area, we would recommend booking a room in a farthest area because Lenny’s Koh Samui is the place for young partygoer’s people.
Position : Hotel Manager
Can speak fluently in English.Required Nationality ASEAN or Foreigners and Thai
Hotel Manager Responsibilities:
Overseeing personnel, including receptionists, kitchen staff, and office employees.
Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
Collecting payments and maintaining records of budgets, funds, and expenses.
Welcoming and registering guests once they arrive.
Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.
Organizing activities and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
Creating and applying a marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services and amenities.
Coordinating with external parties, including suppliers, travel agencies, and conference planners.
Evaluating hotel performance and ensuring compliance with health and safety rules.
Partaking in financial activities, including establishing room rates, setting budgets, and assigning funds to departments.
