• investment in property for both rental income and capital appreciation purposes;
• immigration services –residence permit, citizenship;
• lifestyle property (property for yourself, as a second home).
Our clients include not only business owners and top managers of companies, but also leading international and major corporations, diplomatic services, government organisations, banks and non-profit foundations.
Intermark Global property and immigration business unit currently employs 60 people, and this figure will increase to 80-90 by the end of 2023. Our team is made up of true professionals with 3-15 years of experience in real estate.
Position : Sales
Responsibilities:
- Presentation of the company's products and services;
- Communication with potential customers;
- Collecting sales leads.
Requirements:
- Speaks several languages: Thai and Russian - upper-intermediate and above, knowledge of any other languages will be a big plus;
- Has previous experience in presentations and sales;
- Presentable appearance;
- Customer service and communication skills.
