- เพศชาย อายุระหว่าง 25 ปี ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในการควบคุมงานก่อสร้างประสานงาน
- ประสบการณ์ด้านงานวิศวกร
- ซื่อสัตย์ต่อวิชาชีพไม่ใช้ความรู้ในทางที่ผิด
- ปฏิบัติตามจรรยาบรรณทุกข้อโดยเคร่งครัด
- ไม่ใช้อารมณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน
- ให้ความเป็นธรรมต่อทุกฝ่าย
