Reservation Manager:
• Having knowledge of entire Reservation Procedure according to manual system.
• Book tours, accommodations, transportation and other services for trips
• Ensuring that reservations are fulfilled in a timely manner while meeting all deadlines
• Coordinating activities between incoming and outgoing groups to ensure that they are well accommodated throughout their stay
• Organizing and overseeing all reservations activities
• Assisting clients with special requests or problems with reservations or accommodations
• Ensuring the accuracy of information in company databases related to client data, reservations, payments, and other records
• Working with marketing staff to develop new products or services to meet customer needs
• Communicating with clients to answer questions about their reservations or other travel arrangements
