Position : General Manager
1. To control, plan and supervise for and activity work according to the objectives of the company.
2. To arrange training of employees as per rules and regulations of the company.
3. To make decisions and solve problems between the organization, customers and agents.
4. To take care of all document system including reports.
5. To Organize systems and KPI to achieve the company’s objectives.
6. Organize incentive systems
Applicant Qualifications:
1. Male or female age 32-45 years above.
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
3. Experience working in Management and Sales.
4. Good ability in human resource management.
5. Basic knowledge of computers.
6. Able to communicate, speak, read and write English fluently (Other languages is an added value)
