Job Detail

Duties and Responsibilities 
* Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization 
* Provide and conduct the financial strategic planning of the company by evaluating its performance and potential risks
* Plan, coordinate and direct the financial functions including financial controls, cost & general accounting, invoice processing and collection activities 
* Manage and analyze financial performance and accounting functions on the month-end and year-end accounting close and reporting package submissions 
* Oversea and be able to reconcile monthly inventory, etc 
* Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization 
* Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast 
* Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting 
* Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization 
* Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports 
* Have a focus upon quality and cost
* Supervise all audit and internal control processes 

Required Skills/Abilities: 
* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. 
* Minimum 5 years’ experiences in manager role of accounting and financial management. 
* Able to translate business activities into both Accounting and Financial terms and provide insights 
* Organizational and leadership skills 
* Communication skills to explain data’s meaning 
* Detail-oriented and precise mindset 
* Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills 
* Self-motivated and hands-on, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
* Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, Accounting systems such as Zero, MYOB and or other financial planning software 
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
* Able to communicate in Thai and English
