Rate Salary 30,000-35,000 THB
Job description
• Implementation and monitoring of operational processes and procedures including:
• Recruiting, overseeing and coaching facility management staff to encourage maximum performance and dedication
• Scheduling and supervising Mister Loo’s facility staff members to ensure effective operations
• Documentation of processes, routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Customer support and manage relationships with selected partners and suppliers

Qualification
1. 5+ years working experience
2. Outstanding organizational and communicational skills with dedicated ability in decision-making and problem-solving
3. Independent, strong problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting and an innovative approach to addressing operational challenges
4. Leadership skill
5. Own vehicle and possess of valid driving license are of advantage
6. Bachelor or higher degree in management, marketing, business administration or any related fields
7. Advanced knowledge in English communication (spoken and written)
8. Resident in Phuket
9. Can drive a car or motorcycle
10. Have license and own car or motorcycle.
