Commis I

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis to join our culinary team. As a Commis, you will assist our chefs in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about culinary arts and eager to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a kitchen assistant or similar role is advantageous but not required.
- Basic understanding of culinary principles and techniques.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to work on your feet for extended periods and lift heavy items.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary education is a plus.

Demi Chef

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the Chef de Partie
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
- Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for food
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
