Position : Training and Recruitment Manager

LHC International is a recruitment consultant firm that specializes in the hospitality industry. We are now recruiting for an innovative 4-star gem, a privately owned, brand-new resort in Samui and Phangan. This role is based in Samui.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing hospitality-focused training programs for hotel staff, including front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Proven success in enhancing customer service skills, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and improving overall employee performance in a hotel setting.
- Extensive background in full-cycle recruitment processes specific to the hotel industry, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for roles such as front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
- Familiarity with hospitality-specific recruitment strategies, a deep understanding of candidate expectations in the industry, and the ability to attract and retain top talent.
- Experience in developing and implementing performance evaluation systems for hotel staff to assess service quality, identify areas for improvement, and recognize outstanding contributions.
