Position : Operational Director
This is a full-time on-site as an Director of Operations at Canopy Hills Villas. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the project, including managing staff, coordinating all documents and payments. The Operational Director will also be responsible for implementing and improving operational processes and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Possible without work expirience but strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate in English and Thai etc.
