Senior Project
Location: Phuket, Thailand
Working hours : 09.00 a.m. - 06:00 p.m. (5.5 days per week: Mon-Sat)

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a strong engineering background and a minimum of 5 years of construction experience to join our team in our Phuket office.
The ideal candidate must be able to start immediately and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budget estimates
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality control
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management


Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards common goals
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbalManager (Engineering Background)

Salary:
The salary range for this position is between 50,000-60,000 Baht/month (depends on experience)
