TreeHouse Villas and Paradise KohYao are boutique resorts on Koh Yao Noi, roughly an hour boat ride east of Phuket. TreeHouse Villas is 5-stars luxury adults only resort focus on couples and honeymooners looking for a unique holiday destination.
Paradise KohYao is a well establish boutique 4-star resort, shabby chic beach style. Both resorts share the same stretch of private beach and look out over Phang Nga Bay to the stunning limestone cliffs of the Krabi coastline.

Reservations Communication Executive

We are looking for a Reservations Communication Executive to join our marketing team and manage our on-line chats as well as e-mail enquiries for the two resorts. The position is based in our office in Phuket. The candidate would be responsible for responding on-line chats and e-mail enquires leading to booking confirmations as part of our dynamic marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate should have advanced English writing/speaking skills in addition to Native Thai language, be comfortable managing different tasks and responsibilities and have a good understanding of online/industry trends.
Previous experience in a reservation’s assignment an advantage.

Responsibilities / requirement
• Managing and responding to on-line messages /chats
• Respond to e-mail enquiries
• Liaise with the reservations department for booking confirmations
• Thai National, 20-35 years of age
• Bachelor degree or diploma in relevant field
