Position : Chef de Partie
1. Prepare dishes according to the recipe
book;
2. Operate kitchen equipment, kitchen utensils, crockery, utensils, containers, their
maintenance and use;
3. Prepare dishes and culinary products according to the technology;
4. Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, working areas and equipment;
5. Receive and inspect food and non-food products for the kitchen;
6. Observe the rules of personal hygiene and safety at the workplace
7. Good communication in Thai and English
