Position : Sales manager
Salary starts from 45 000THB
Location: The Plaza Surin
Responsibilities:
- Actively search and attract potential clients
- Conduct negotiations confidently and secure profitable deals
- Analyze real estate market trends and prepare reports
- Provide post-sales support and participate in marketing events
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-tech or luxury real estate sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication skills in English and Thai
- Strong sales skills and persuasion abilities
