Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced, English-fluent, dynamic villa manager to oversee the operation and management of our large vacation villa. 

The ideal candidate will be a hospitality professional with a strong background in luxury accommodations, exceptional English language skills, and a proven track record in leadership, management, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Villa Management:
Supervise and manage all aspects of villa operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, maintenance, and cleanliness. Strong ability in development and adherence to SOP is mandatory.

Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded during their stay.

Staff Management:
Prior experience to lead, train, and motivate additional villa staff to provide impeccable service, setting a gold standard for excellence.

Maintenance and Quality Control:
Ensure the villa's physical condition and appearance meet or exceed company standards and guest expectations.

Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, staff, and the company, ensuring effective and timely communication.
Excellent English-speaking skills are required!

Concierge Services:
Coordinate and oversee concierge services, ensuring clients' requests and experiences are exceptional, proactively arranged, and managed.

Problem Solving:
Address any issues or concerns that arise during a guest's stay promptly and effectively. In addition to solving villa staff management issues proactively and effectively.

Financial Management:
Manage villa expenses, guest accounts, and budgets while optimizing operations revenue.

Qualifications:
2 years + of prior experience in villa or hospitality management.
To qualify for this role, you must have prior management experience.

Professional references are required

Ability to live in Natai or Phuket:
The villa is 30 minutes north of Phuket Airport.

Advanced English-speaking skills.
In addition, excellent English writing skills. Chinese or Russian speaking is beneficial, but not necessary.
Prior experience living and working abroad, and an ability to demonstrate management experience working with various global nationalities.

Strong and proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Possess honesty, integrity, and a drive for excellence.

Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences at the management level.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

Proficiency with relevant hospitality software and strong AP/AR accounting skills.

A certification or degree in hospitality or management is a plus.
