Position : CHINESE SALES MANAGER
• Chinese nationality ***
• Male or Female, aged from 30-45 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Arts, Marketing, Humanities, or other related fields.
• A minimum of 3-5 years in sales or real estate business.
• Pleasant personality, open-minded, and flexible.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• The ability to achieve sales targets and work well under pressure.
• Passion to lead and a desire to succeed.
• Effective communication skills with excellent problem-solving ability.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
· Excellent command of Chinese and English, both spoken and written skills.
· Minimum score of HSK4 is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Having a strong connection with agents would be an advantage.
• Having knowledge of Architecture or Construction would be an advantage.
• Having direct experience in luxury villa sales would be an advantage.
