Job Description & Qualifications
- Supervise, manage, control, and plan the construction stage of the Project
- Estimate the estimated construction costs and cashflow
- Lead the construction team in preparation of all the master plans, layout, drawings, renders etc.
- Provide the construction report
- Lead and responsible for the site construction management to be able to handover the client within the agreed timeframe
- Liaise and collaborate well with the owner, staff, and officer of the local authority in relation to obtaining relevant permits or approval
- Consultation of the construction of the project or the adjusted drawing to meet the client’s needs
- Strong knowledge in the field of real estate mainly in the residential project
- Minimum of 10 years of working in the field of construction as the Project Director in the Real Estate Project
Salary: 150,000 Baht
