We are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the daily F&B operations at M Social Hotel Phuket. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service, maintain high-quality standards, and enhance guest satisfaction while optimizing efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all F&B outlets, ensuring seamless operations.
Train, mentor, and motivate the F&B team to deliver excellent service.
Monitor costs, control inventory, and maximize revenue.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Support menu planning, promotions, and guest engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Thai Nationality
A five-star or chain hotel background is preferred.
Proven experience in F&B operations, preferably in hotels or resorts.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
Passion for hospitality and service excellence.
