Position : Resort Host Concierge
This is a full-time on-site role as a Resort Host Concierge at Banyan Tree Phuket. The Resort Host Concierge will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting guests with their needs, coordinating training for staff, and supporting food and beverage services. The Resort Host Concierge will also participate in sales activities and ensure the smooth operation of the resort.
Qualifications
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Previous experience in customer service
-Ability to coordinate training sessions
-Knowledge of food and beverage services
-Sales skills and ability to promote resort offerings
-Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
-Ability to work well in a team
-Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
