Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and creative Thai Content Writer to join our fast-paced startup team. As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This includes creating compelling written and visual content for our website, blog, social media channels, email marketing, and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and target audience needs
• Create high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, articles, and social media content.
• Manage the content creation process from ideation to publication, including assigning tasks, providing feedback, and ensuring content quality and consistency
• Optimize content for audiences to drive traffic, leads, and conversions
• Analyze content performance using data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future content decisions
• Stay up-to-date with content marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and design to align content with overall business objectives

Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related field
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar and style
• Proven ability to create compelling, high-performing content across various formats and channels
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
• Passion for staying up-to-date with content marketing trends and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
• Knowledge and experience in the hotel industry are a plus
