Position : Chef de Partie- Chinese - เชฟครัวจีน / เชฟติ่มซำ
- Thai Nationality only
- 25 - 40 Years Old.
- Service mind.
- At least 2 years of Chef de Partie experience in hotel or Chinese Restaurant
- Have a strong working knowledge of Chinese and other Asian Cuisine
- Strong understanding of HACCP
- Proven track record of cost control including food, equipment's, labor and waste to meet the food quality goals and the hotel- s financial goals.
- Demonstrate passion for menu planning and leadership.
- Good teamwork and customer service.
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
