- Education;
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, CPA is a plus

- Experience;
1. A year in Accounting/Finance: Preferably in the hospitality industry.
2. Supervisory Experience: Managing a team.

- Key Responsibility;
1. Oversee all accounting systems and ensure the completion of end-of-month and end-of-year reports.
2. Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and submission of statutory accounts and tax returns to relevant authorities.
3. Manage the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors as needed.
4. Oversee inventory monitoring and conduct stock adjustment reviews.
5. Drive continuous process improvements to optimize the efficiency of accounting systems and staff.
6. Manage intercompany transactions including invoicing, payments, and GL posting.
7. Review tax reporting, including VAT.
8. Oversee bank reconciliation exercises and monitor the company’s cash balance.
9. Supervise and support AR and AP managers and team members to maintain high departmental standards.
10. Work with company stakeholders to address and resolve accounting issues.
11. Lead various ad hoc projects such as automation and process improvement initiatives.
