Zest Real Estate seeks a “Russian Sales and Marketing” to join our team.

Focusing on our rental and sales department with marketing.

Qualifications:
- Russian nationality or can speak Russian ***
- Experienced in real estate sales/marketing
- Able to communicate in English and Russian (Read, Write, Speak)
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have your own transportation.
- Enthusiastic team player with an excellent personality.
- Be self-motivated, responsible, and reliable.
- Able to work in a team and independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Networking in communities/events.
- Create sales/marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Assist both buyers and sellers
- Accurately update, locate, and list new/existing real estate properties.
- Schedule and present clients with a tour of the property.
- Professionally negotiate terms and prices with both buyer and seller.
- Completing Contracts

- Contract with a fixed salary and additional performance-related commissions/bonuses.

Salary: 35,000 THB + เบี้ยขยัน 3,000 + Commission
Working Place; Phuket – Rawai
Working hours: Sunday – Friday (9 am – 5 pm) / 6 days off monthly.
