Position : Project Administrator
Project Administrator
Job Descriptions:
• Support project teams (ie. sale and marketing, construction team) to provide some admin workflows
• Update an approved project price list and info in the google drive design by Sales Manager
• Prepare sale kits from marketing dept. for sales team
• Prepare and provide some relevant documents to internal teams
• Record a basis of book keeping related to sales office
• Co-ordinate with sales team to prepare a non-exclusive agency agreement
• Co-ordinate with sales team to prepare and submit a sale weekly report to Developer
Qualifications;
• Bechelor's degree related to position
• Thai nationality min.25 years old
• Excellent communication in English both writing and speaking
• Excellent in MS office and PowerPoint is advantage
• Well organized skills
• Positive mindset
• Outgoing personality
• Team player
• Work experiences in a real estate industry minimum 1 year
• Has a car and driving license
