-will be responsible for the operation, repair, and maintenance of villa, common areas, and central systems.
-overseeing preventative maintenance plans, responsible for maintaining public areas,
-will coordinate functions and activities with other department heads, and owners as well as suppliers, contractors, and members of the local community as needed.
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering
* 5 years of experience in the field
* Good command of English
* Leadership skill, good team work, and hard working
* Be able to work under pressure
