Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for managing the front office operations at Katathong Golf Resort and Spa, including welcoming guests, providing services, and managing guest satisfaction to create the best experience for guests and promote teamwork within the resort.

Responsibilities:

Excellent command of English.
Supervise and manage the work of front office staff according to standards.
Greet guests and provide excellent service to guests.
Manage room reservations and seating arrangements in various areas.
Resolve issues and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to provide seamless service.
Oversee and manage the guest check-in and check-out process.
Train new staff and develop the skills of current staff.
Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Prepare daily and monthly reports on front office operations.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front office area.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as hospitality management, business administration, or other relevant disciplines.
3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
Knowledge and understanding of resort or hotel management.
Proficiency in computer and related software applications.
