เจ้าหน้าที่ IT Support

- ดูแลและติดตั้ง ระบบการสื่อสาร ทั้งหมดรวมถึง Setting up accounts for new users (Email, Teams , Microsoft office account), ระบบ Network และ Internet
- แก้ไขปัญหาทางด้านสารสนเทศ ทั้ง Hardware, Software , Operating System แก่บุคคลากรของบริษัทฯ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- แนะนำการใช้งานและดูแลเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ -ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงต่างๆ บนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ของผู้ใช้
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers
- ติดตั้ง ดูแล แก้ปัญหาการใช้งานระบบเครือข่าย LAN ภายในองค์กร
- ติดตั้งโปรแกรมการใช้งานพื้นฐานได้
- Upgrade Software ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ
- ดูและระบบ Backup, Restore และตรวจสอบฐานข้อมูล
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับ องค์กรภายนอก (vendor)
- ดูแล บำรุงรักษาเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงต่างๆ
- จัดทำข้อมูลการใช้งาน การส่งซ่อม หรือข้อมูลต่างๆ ที่จำเป็นต่อการบริหารงานทางด้าน IT
- ทำงานร่วมกับผู้บังคับบัญชาตรวจสอบและประเมินประสิทธิภาพการ
- ทำงานของระบบเครือข่าย, Server, IT Infrastructure
