Job Responsibilities of legal entities
Working hours: 6 days a week, 9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. every day, closed on Sunday.
1. Provide guidance to tenants in signing the rental contract, checking in, and registering TM30.
2. Collect rent and utility bills.
3. Pay utility bills and deposit rental cash into the company account.
4. Respond to tenants' needs and assign tasks to cleaning staff. Maintenance staff and maintenance technician

6. Contact water, electricity, telecommunications, advertising, sanitation and other agencies. To manage the daily routine of the community
7. Purchase items that the community needs and submit disbursement documents to the Finance Department, Head Office, Bangkok.
8.Take care of rentals and find agents for rentals.
9.Find new tenants according to the company's goals.

Feature
Experienced in real estate or renting for 3-5 years
Not more than 35 years old
Able to communicate in English at a good level
Both listening, speaking, reading and writing
Graduated with a bachelor's degree in any field.
Starting work immediately will be given special consideration.
