1. To assisting Beverage Manager for the never ending process of;
*Bartenders
*Beverage recipes
*Bar requisitions and par stock
*Beverage, wine promotion and up selling beverages
*Beverage cost and bar expenses
2. To coordinate the work of the beverage staff in order to achieve a smooth running operation. Striving to achieve excellent standards of service and efficiency. To replace the Head Bartender when necessity arises.
3. To perform any other duties set by hotel policies, management or his/her direct supervisor which are not included here above.
4. To assist Beverage Manager to responsible for the preparation of beverage throughout hotel/responsible for servicing at banquet bar and all outlet bars.
5. To make sure that each outlet is properly staffed and equipped to service guest. This included proper supply of glassware, drink lists, paper goods, etc.
6. To assist Beverage Manager to check all bar for cleanliness and orders minor repair work. Keeps aware of the appearance and portions of beverage serviced and constantly checks quality of beverage products.
7. To be responsible for wine and beverage promotions in absent of Beverage Manager/Assistant.
8. To help to plan for banquet bar staff according to function required.
9. To help Beverage Manager for training of staff holding periodic meeting to review procedures. Checks on appearance of staff as to proper uniforms and personal cleanliness.
10. To make requisitions, obtain authorization and correct delivery of items needed for his bar operation.
