Position : Reservation Agent
● You need to possess excellent organizational and leadership skills along with an understanding of Reservation & guest services requirements
● You are a good trainer to train, coach Reservation team members in related department training and develop the team member for future opportunity
● You have good organizational and problem-solving skills
● You are a flexible and adaptable person as per hotel business needs.
● You have a very good service mind and excellent guest service skills.
● You are able to communicate in good English.
● You have an eye for quality and passion for personalized service for casual-luxury travelers
● Be resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing business needs
● You are keen to learn new technology and able to adapt quickly into various digital systems
● You are able to relocate to Koh Samui, enjoy the beach and outdoors!
