Job Detail
The HR & Admin Executive will take a proactive role in managing human resources activities, with a strong emphasis on compliance, employee relations, and policy implementation. This position is key in maintaining a productive and positive work environment while handling various administrative functions to support our expanding operations in Thailand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
* Lead administrative functions such as company registration, licensing, and branch establishment in Thailand.
* Ensure smooth communication and coordination with external parties, including local government, enhancing the company's public image.
* Manage daily administrative tasks, including compensation and benefits programs, incentive programs, and payroll processing.
* Handle employee grievances effectively, providing guidance on labor law compliance and HR best practices.
* Develop and implement HR policies that align with the company’s goals and support a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and administration.
* Strong command of English.
* In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
